The aim is to increase knowledge about the relationship between intensive ICT use, lifestyle factors (eg, physical activity), BMI and mental health in young adults. The study is longitudinal and is conducted in a cohort of young adults; 20-24 years at baseline (n = 7125), with 1 - and 5-year follow-ups.
