About Martin Adiels

Martin’s research is focused on development and implementation of mathematical models that describes human lipid metabolism. In particular how the dynamics of blood lipids is altered in disease states related to cardiovascular diseases. The use of mathematical models allows for indirectly measuring otherwise inaccessible fluxes. Martin is collaborating with several national and international clinical research groups.
Martin is also interested in how individual and population based data should best used in order to improve model parameter estimates.
